Designmate Inc. has long operated as a subsidiary of Submarine Inc., providing branding and design services. In pursuit of greater operational efficiency and cost optimization, the two companies have now undergone a business integration.
Specifically, the parent company, Submarine Inc., has absorbed Designmate Inc. through a merger and subsequently changed its corporate name to Designmate Inc.

Introduction of Our New Logo
Honoring tradition, forging new connections
As we embark on this new chapter as the reborn Designmate, we have introduced a new company logo.
Based on the concepts of reliability, timelessness, and intelligence, we retained the use of a sans-serif typeface. To represent the spirit of creativity and the bonds we share with our partners—our “MATEs”—we incorporated a symbolic fusion from the letter “N” to “E” in the design. This logo embodies our collaborative nature and our humble role as a supportive partner that helps our clients shine. The modest yet refined corporate color, light gray, further reflects this identity.
